Fiumefreddo, since 2005, has been listed as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Enter through the Arch and meander through its traditional, narrow streets you will come across numerous churches – the Chiesa Madre di Santa Maria ad Adnexis is the impressive church just inside the medieval fortified walls, others include the Chiesa di Santa Chiara – built in 1552. There are restaurants, quaint shops and café bars, many located in historical buildings which lead eventually into the main piazza from where there are spectacular views of the coastline and boasting amazing sunsets. Overlooking the village is the Castello di Valle built in 1201 and partially destroyed in 1531, today it is preserved and visited by many.
The house itself, part of which was built originally in the 1800’s is approx. 360mq on 2 levels, with a basement.
