Scuderie della Civita, once a private country house, since 2006 is available for guests who prefer to spend holidays and weekends in an unexpected place, a piece of paradise nestled in a 4-hectare park in the heart of the Abruzzo countryside. At about 200 meters above sea level, with stunning views of the Adriatic Sea and the Apennine Mountains of Gran Sasso d'Italia, Scuderie della Civita is only 5 minutes from the highway exit A14 "Val Vibrata/Alba Adriatica" and the beaches of Villa Rosa and Alba Adriatica, 10 minutes from San Benedetto del Tronto, 20 minutes from Ascoli Piceno.
The country house the Scuderie della Civita is divided into 3 buildings close together:

the Villa with 4 rooms and 3 apartments;
the Dépendance with 5 apartments;
the Restaurant which overlooks the pool area.
The Villa has 4 rooms and 3 apartments, all different and made with attention to the detail. Particular care has been taken in the approach of woods, textiles and furniture, and tapestries create a warm and exclusive atmosphere. The furniture is of particular value and in almost all rooms and common areas there are valuable pieces of antiques.
The Depandance has 5 apartments: one and two bedrooms apartments from 2 to 5 beds. All apartments have a living room with kitchenette, 1 or 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower. The entrances of the apartments overlook the countryside with the backdrop of the Apennine Mountains of Gran Sasso d'Italia and the Adriatic Sea. The apartments have, in the portico, a private area with garden table and chairs. All apartments are wheelchair accessible. Each apartment can accommodate pets. 

All rooms and apartments in the Villa and in the Depandance "Scuderie", are equipped with LCD TV with satellite reception, DVD player, air conditioning, heating.
