In the historic centre of Spoltore, a medieval village of great value just a few kilometers from the Adriatic Sea, we are selling a property consisting of two renovated houses, a cellar, and an independent taverna. Der Eingang zum Haus erfolgt über den privaten Innenhof. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Wohnzimmer mit Küchenecke und offenem Kamin, am Ende befindet sich ein kleines Gäste-WC. Links vom Eingang ist die Treppen, die in den ersten Stock führt, wo sich ein Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche befinden.
