The farmhouse is accessed via a long, gently sloping tree-lined avenue.
The property is on three levels, two of which (ground floor and first floor) were entirely renovated in strict compliance with the initial plan, undergoing a wise and continuous maintenance.
The ground floor of around 300 sq.m includes on the front the public rooms: dining room, sitting room, living room, room with the monumental fireplace are all without partitions, respecting the original plan.
