It can be accessed via a communal staircase of great architectural value.
The main lounge boasts a floor made of decorated clare tiles dating back to 1700 that was completely restored and renovated frescoes of the beginning of 1800. It includes two large windows on the front and a French door with small terrace.
Next to the main lounge there is a room that could be used as large kitchen (there is the arrangement) or as main bedroom. The floor is made of a special resin and the ceiling boasts a frescoe of the beginning of 1800. All the walls were painted with a special lime used in museums to give brightness to the rooms.
Going down for three steps you find a bathroom on the right and another room on the left that could be used as bedroom or kitchen. Then there is an iron staircase that leads to the upper floor where you find another bathroom and another room that could be used as bedroom.

The building is situated in the historic centre of Monte San Vito, a small hamlet of the edge of a hill overlooking the Adriatic sea.
The village is located 5 km from the sea and the international airport of Ancona and 21 km from the harbour. There are excellent road connections since the highway A14 Bologna-Bari is not far.
