In the summer, you can reach the numerous volcanic lakes (Vico 15 min/10 km, Trevignano 15 min/12 km, Bolsena  60 min/50 km), whose beaches  have facilities for bathers, and the sea (Santa Severa  50 min/47 km ). The lazy ones can still find fun and refreshment in the nearby (3 min) Fontevivola aquatic center, ideal for adults and children with its swimming pools and equipped green areas.

About 30 minutes by car, near Viterbo, there are precious and beneficial thermal sources and the famous 'Terme dei papi' spa, known since antiquity for the therapeutic properties of its waters.
The golf course 'Golf Nazionale' (formerly known as 'Querce golf club'), one of the most extensive and challenging in Italy, is about 10 minutes by car.

The house, whose solid construction in tuff stone dates back to the nineteenth century, is on two levels that divide the sleeping area from the living area.

The entrance is on a small square that opens in a characteristic non-carriageable alley, in the heart of the historic center and near the main square. For its exposure, facing the alley and back on the Cassia valley, it's particularly quiet and peaceful.

Characteristic exposed beams, a large fireplace and a lovely panoramic terrace on the roof, without opposite, are the most valuable elements of the house.

On the first floor there is a large bathroom with shower, a bedroom/office, a comfortable closet, a large living room, with built-in kitchen that opens onto the dining area, and a typical large fireplace.

On the upper floor there are two bright bedrooms and a bathroom.
