Situated in the hillside northeast of Lucca, about 300 meters above the plains, and just behind the church of Sant' Andrea in Caprile.

Only 20 minutes to Lucca, less than an hour to Florence or Pisa, or the beaches at Camaiore. A little more than an hour to the rolling hills of Chianti wine country, with all its beautiful, historic hilltowns like Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Montalciono. By living at il Coppo you and your guests live in the heart of the Tuscan lifestyle, food, traditions and culture. 

The main house has two apartments, the main apartment on ground level by the parking area with kitchen and living room, and upstairs a hallway and a big bedroom and bathroom with high ceilings.
Enjoy the panoramic view on the grand covered veranda, perfect for dining outdoors. Next to it you find the original Pizza oven.
This main apartment is connected to the lower level apartment (il Moraiolo) via a staircase, and can be used as one large apartment or two, with the lower apartment for rental. The entrance for the apartment below is down the stairs from the parking area, and has it's own terrace.

The second apartment is in an attached building, over two storeys, and contains a kitchen, living room, and upstairs a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Entrence from the garden, also with a private terrace.

From the house you can walk down the stairs to the swimming pool where you also have a covered barbeque area/shaded sitting area. And under the pool you find the 4th apartment - living/eating/kitchen and a bathroom.

The position of the property provides sun all day, which means you alse have a wonderful view from Montecarlo (east) to Lucca (west), and on a clear day you can see the ships passing behind the Pisa Alps on the Ligurian Sea.

The olive trees are harvested every year, and the various fruit trees give you the true, sweet taste of Tuscan sunshine through the summer.
