The access is on the street level with an electric gate and a box for the car.
The house is surrounded by many mediterranean pines that offer shadow during the day and a pleasant cool within the house.
In the access there is a stairway made of stone that goes directly to the wide terrace in front of the house’s entrance.
The house is developed on two levels plus an attic.
