The apartment is situated in the municipality of Anzio, about 3 kilometres from the centre of the town and 45 km from Rome.
About 3 km far you can find the railway station to Rome and about 100 metres far there are several shops where you can satisfy every need.
The underlying beach can be easily reached with a staircase and it is equipped with small seaside resorts and restaurants, all along the 2/3 km of coast that connects Lavinio to Anzio.
