The farmhouse has an habitable surface of more than 500 sqm on three floors and more than 20000 sqm of cultivated land rich of more than 200 olive trees, that produce an excellent oil.

The property is completely restored. It has seven bedrooms, six of them are double and one is single, four big lounges, three fireplaces, two eat-in kitchens, six bathrooms, two on each floor, two cellars.

It is situated in a quiet area surrounded by splendid mountains; the house is about a kilometre from the centre of Rotonda, 600 metres above the sea level.

Rotonda is the headquarter of the National Park of Pollino, the largest in Italy, where in the wild and uncontamined nature you can do trekking, rafting, canyoning, climbing, horse riding and know customs and traditions besides taste an excellent food.

Basilicata is one of the Italian region that is being known and appreciated here and abroad. Think of Matera, Unesco World Heritage and European Cultural capital in 2019. Furthermore it takes only an hour by car from Rotonda to the enchanting Maratea, the Pearl of Tyrrhenian, one of the most beautiful seaside resort in Italy. In 40 km you can reach the sea of Calabria, the Ionian, with its renowned beaches.

Currently the house is being used successfully as Bed & Breakfast and its name is Happy Pollino.
