These rooms have great architectural value and the restoration has preserved the original structure by adopting materials such as brick, stone and travertine tuff. They mostly include large premises with beautiful vaults in a succession of variety and movement that make them extremely attractives.
QUILISMA's spaces are adapted to any kind of functional reinterpretation through measured interventions in total respect of the existing one.
Premises are intended for commercial use. The project design here proposed foresees the reconfiguration of the functional paths to give life to a Wellness Center with Beauty Farm developed on three floors. The rooms on the ground floor have direct access from the main door of Via dell'Opio nel Corso and host the reception area and massage center, from there you have direct access to the basement, the heart of the beauty farm, with relaxation areas, a reserved sauna area, waiting areas and changing rooms with showers and toilets. The turned passageway brings to various rooms and guides users to a second entrance on the back courtyard. The court with a small garden has a paved entrance for loading and unloading. At the same floor  the access to the reception is from Salimbeni alley . In the basement, the ancient vaulted cellars are the setting for a pool with shower points, hydro massage, color therapy and showers, with sensory pathways.
